Warranty:
Although we are not authorized distributors for many of the items we sell, we fully honor the original manufacturer's warranty, exactly as stipulated by them, for the exact duration of the term. In the event of any malfunction or defect within this period, we will arrange for pickup, repair, (by an authorized repair service), and return of the item all at our expense. For all televisions over 32", we will provide in-home service.By a local auhtorized service center.
Returns:
We offer a seven (7 ) days . You may return an item within seven (7 ) days of purchase after obtaining a return authorization number. Products returned without a return authorization number will be refused. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and must be in its original packaging, condition, and with all instructions, blank warranty cards, and accessories. All returns are subject to a 15%to 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All on line orders & special orders are charge through our ecommerce network. This is what the bank charges us to charge and refund your credit card and it is a pass through charge and there are no exceptions. Delivery of televisions via truck are as follows:
We offer curbside delivery to your front door. For an additional charge, our White Glove Service, which provides uncrating and set up within your home or office, is available for all Rear Projection televisions.
If delivery within your home or office involves a staircase that is more than five steps, up or down, additional charges may apply. Please call for further details.
All sales are final on projection televisions,front projectors,plasma, and custom accessories, including remote controls, except in the case of defective merchandise which will be exchanged for another identical item.
TVs, Projection, Plasma and Speakers
Are shipped using Common Carriers and specialized delivery services and will generally arrive 7 working days after placing order. All TV's are delivered curbside and or as a no extra charge courtesy inside your front door permitting
Defective Merchandise:
Should your product become defective within the first seven (7) days after purchase we will exchange that unit for a new unit and pay for shipping charges both ways.
